Accounts

Before you can create your first job, you have to create an account. Every job must have an account, where relevant data concerning the job <>account connection are saved. The big benefit is, you don't have to add information twice, you can save it in your accounts.

Im eRecruiter ist das Anlegen eines Jobs zwingend mit der Angabe eines Kunden bzw. einer Fachabteilung verbunden. Durch die Beziehung Job <> Kunde können jobrelevante Daten mit den Daten aus dem Kundenstammsatz verknüpft werden. Dadurch wird die wiederholte Eingabe von schon bestehenden Datensätzen vermieden.

Create an account

Klick on the "Account" Button in your main navigation to see all accounts of yourself and your displayed workmates.

Add a new account with the ' (plus) ' Button in the action bar down below

Now you can add all necessary information about your account. 

Every account has a location and at least one contact person. Be sure to fill in the correct values for your account, because these information will be used for your e-mails and interview invitations.

(1) Add your accounts location details

(2) Add your contact information - you need at least one contact

(3) eRecruiter proves, if there is already an account with your information

(4) Save the information with the ' (tick) ' in the action bar.
