Applicants - General Data Protection Regulation Field
In order to support compliance with the EU-GDPR the candidate privacy policy agreement date has been moved into a separate field which allows to define a specific criterion in the applicant search.
An automated mail task has also been added. Using an applicant search, you can now ask applicants to accept the privacy policy again, which will update their policy agreement date.
The new privacy policy agreement date criterion can also be used in applicant searches, which are carried out to make applicants anonymous.
