What about contact roles?

You can restrain you company portal Users by giving them certain roles. So not every contact person can see all documents of your applicants or decide if the applicant is a good one - you can decide what your contact are allowed to do on the company portal

 

How can I modify the contact roles?

The contact roles can be modified over the Administration rights - if you don't have this rights our support will modifiy the roles of your contacts for you - in the following list are all possible rights - please constallate your contact roles with these rights.

Users can upload applicant documents - depending on the document type

View public and non public documents

User can only see what they have done in the histroy

View public applicant documents

Users can see all documents, which the applicant can see too - no contracts or special documents with the document type 'internal'

I have the roles, but how can I choose, who should have which role?

Click on your account - "Account's location and contact persons" - in the edit modus of your contact person is the possibility to choose a role - save afterwards
