This page describes the different types of system architectures the eRecruiter can be installed in.

API

eRecruiter API allows to exchange data for between the applicant portal or third-party applications with eRecruiter in real time, including dynamic item export and candidate import.

Applicant Portal

The applicant portal is used to publish vacancies. The look & feel can be customized to the customer's needs and CI.

Customer Portal

The customer portal allows department heads to view and interact with applicants.

eRecruiter

The eRecruiter application represents the central application that is used by HR.

Media Service (Windows Service)

The media service is used to process documents within the applications.

Maintenance Service (Windows Task)

The maintenance service performs automated tasks that can be configured from the eRecruiter application.
